Reach your fitness goals with one-on-one programming and coaching. After a thorough intake (goals, injury history, exercise history, etc), Betsy will create an individualized exercise program and coach you through sessions to ensure optimal form and get the most from your workout. You’ll have an opportunity to develop habit based lifestyle goals with the added accountability of your coach helping you every step of the way. Betsy’s clients typically train 2-3 per week based on their goals. Additional programming available for a $100 monthly fee.
