Why I created Built Bodies
I’m gonna level with you right away, in the 14 years I’ve been working as a trainer, I’ve seen far too many women fall in-and-out of the unending dieting and exercise cycle because they never get the results they want. And it breaks my heart because I know they are working hard! And some of it has to do with years and years of women being fed lousy fitness and nutrition advice heavily influenced by the truly messed up pressures we place on women and their bodies. Grueling yet ineffective workouts, painfully low calorie diets, and a side of guilt about prioritizing yourself and your own health needs in a world where you are expected to be everything for everyone else.
So I created a system that WORKS and it is built on sound exercise progressive overload exercise principles, highly applicable nutrition principles that making eating for physique change and pleasure possible, and compassionate support for unlearning all the negative body image ideas we’ve been fed our whole lives.
This is a program for women ready to make really meaningful change that lasts. With a expertly crafted program you can follow easily from an app on your phone and dedicated coach support that goes above and beyond, this is the program that breaks the cycle and gets you REAL RESULTS.

How Built Bodies Works
Built Bodies is a small-group coaching pod that provides a 12-week progressive full-body workout program, a full nutrition course with habit integration system, and the added accountability and support from certified strength and nutrition coach.
What’s Actually Included
12-week Progressive Full Body Training Program
At the heart of this offer is the training program with 2 upper body and 2 lower body workouts a week delivered through a personalized TrueCoach profile. Workouts complete with form demonstration videos and instructions. Access to a gym or gym equipment is preferred. Weekly feedback for form videos and workouts available.
Nutrition and Habit Coaching
Included in the program is the full Performance 4 Life nutrition course designed to make nutrition for your physique and strength goals a reality while also getting to enjoy all the foods you love! Weekly habit coaching will help participants make changes to their diets in real time with support from their coach.
Recovery and Cardio Resources
As a full service training program, Built Bodies also provides support with cardio training recommendations and recovery to support your work toward your goals.
Dedicated Coaching Time
I’ll be hosting a weekly coaching hour for your questions, trouble shooting struggles, added accountability, and compassionate support!

Yes, the workouts are hard but they are SMART and will help you push right to the point where you can expect results without making you feel like crap.
✔️ Built Bodies is doable- unlike other programs that require the availability of a pro-athlete, Built Bodies is 4 hour long workouts per week, real life nutrtion, and a focus on fitting in more movement into what you are already doing so you can be successful and keep it up for the long haul.
✔️ Built Bodies offers you the accountability and support of a coach- no this is not a $10 app and that’s because you will have real coaching, feedback for your workouts, support for when you face challenges, and weekly opportunities to check-in so you can ensure your progress

Since 2011, Betsy has been training clients age 15-88 helping them feel their best so they can live their lives pain-free and powerful in their bodies. She has a passion for using high performance and bodybuilding exercise programming along with client-centered habit coaching to deliver incredible results to real people. Most importantly, she is dedicated to helping her clients appreciate the process and find ways to look forward to exercise rather than dread it.
