She has a passion for using high performance exercise programming along with client-centered habit coaching to deliver incredible results to real people. Most importantly, she is dedicated to helping her clients appreciate the process and find ways to look forward to exercise rather than dread it.

Betsy is also here to help trainers! Like so many in this field Betsy discovered personal training after dabbling in different professional realms. Her passion for providing high quality education to fitness pros stems from the countless hours she spent learning from superb mentors, reading the words of industry greats, and attending a wide variety of continuing education events. Often seen as a challenge, Betsy believes the low barrier to entry in the fitness field presents gym owners and managers with an exciting opportunity to provide applied education to a passionate workforce.

Betsy has served as supervisor and mentor to trainers (Equinox, Gainesville Health & Fitness) at various steps in their careers. She served as an educator in the commercial gym setting teaching exercise programming and business success (Gainesville Health & Fitness) In 2019, Betsy presented Programming for the Female Athlete at the National Strength and Conditioning Association's Florida State Clinic. She has created resources and webinars that span exercise programming, movement coaching, pelvic health, and financial tips available on her website.

Betsy’s interests are always evolving and changing as she continues to learn. While at the University of Florida, Betsy focused on sport and exercise psychology with a special interest in attentional deployment and motor behavior.  Betsy also specializes in training pre and post natal women and individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction. Betsy has focused on education around HAES-centered coaching and an Intuitive Eating approach to working with clients.
